My dad drove me home.
I reduce my gas intake today since I spent only 20 minutes in the car.
I think I could sustain this if I used public transportation more.
I think that people did a good job overall this week. It was hard for me but I’m glad we did this.

I ate a lot today. I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, a chocolate sprinkled donut, grapes, some rice, a mango, mac&cheese, and a half of a box of chocolates.
I spent about forty-five minutes on the computer today. I kept lights on when I wasn’t using them.
My dad drove me to school today and drove to shaws this evening. I took and train and walked home.
I didn’t turn on the heat in my house today.
I gave twenty dollars for my hr’s basket and 5$ on food after school.
Reduction: I used less water today by taking a shorter shower. I didn’t do a good job of restricting myself today.
Sustainability: I don’t think I could only use the computer for forty-five minutes daily. I could always take public transportation and walk home.
I think my peers are doing a good job on reducing their food consumption. I definitely could work on that for the next few days.
I didn’t drink much water today, a few gulps, but I spent around 35 minutes in the shower. I brushed my teeth, washed my hands, and flushed toilets.
Today I had coffee, green beans, vegan chili, an orange, strawberries, some bits of pasta and fries. I consumed less than average today and I was able to be dairy and meat-free.
I spent a lot of electricity today from watching TV but I didn’t spend much time on the computer. I didn’t use my space heater or keep any lights that I needed on.
I took the bus home from school today so I reduce my intake from what it would have been if I had gotten a ride. I got a ride to school though. We didn’t turn on the heat at my house today.
I didn’t spend any money.
I manage to cut back on my food and money intake. I should work on the rest.
I can envision spending little money even if it would be hard. I could eat more foods that aren’t processed which would be better for the body and help conserve the fuels that it takes to produce packaged foods.
I think most of peers do a good job on using less water and money.
Today I had about 1 1/2 glasses of water. I took a 16 minute shower this morning while I usually am showering for 23 minutes. I brushed my teeth in the shower and I conserved water since I was multi-tasking instead of running it at a sink.
Food wise I had a soy burger, rice, soy milk, french fries, rigatoni&chicken&broccoli, one mango. I consumed less than average today.
I didn’t conserve much electricity today and I spend a couple of hours on the computer finishing stuff up. I didn’t watch TV or listen to the radio in the car.

Today I watched KaRon’s video and realize he is doing a better job than I am. His consumption is the most one of a 3rd world country from the people I’m following. I noticed that Tyler C and I consumed about the same amount of food today. I thought Camille did a good job on walking everywhere.
TODAY I HAD ABOUT CHICKEN NUGGETS, ONE MANGO, APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP OF POTATOES, 1 CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE, GREEN BEANS, 1/4 CUPS OF LEMONADE, STEAK, AND 1 CUP OF BLACKBERRIES.

I usually watch TV for a few hours but today I only spend about 7 minutes watching figure skating on TV.
Long term speaking, I could turn off my kitchen fan and use less money. I can reduce my consumption permanently. I don’t need to listen to the sound of my fan and the money that I use on a daily basic is for treating myself, not something I need to survive.
